We are a full service travel agency that specialize in designing itineraries around food and wine that maximizes your culinary experience while also ensuring every other detail of your travel is management and monitored.

What Makes You Experts?

I've been in the travel industry for over 10 years and founded Be Relaxed Destinations in 2010. I've received formal training from luxury hotel chains and cruise lines and have received the Luxury Travel Specialist and the Well-Being Travel Specialist designation from the Travel Institute. I've also received the Certified Culinary Travel Professional designation from the World Food Travel Association. To stay update with the current trends, I attend multiple travel conferences throughout the year and travel extensively to experience cruise ships and properties, gaining first hand knowledge to better serve our members.

Who Do You Work With?

Over the last 6 years we've cultivated partnerships with our supplier partners worldwide, Because of these partnerships, we are able to offer members exclusive travel benefits, services, and opportunities. We attend multiple travel industry conference, conduct site inspection of both properties and cruise ships, and host office meeting with supplier partner throughout the year. Some of our partners include Canyon Ranch, Four Season, Belmond, Oceania Cruises, Azamara Cruises, and many more.

Do You Book Airfare?

Yes we do! Often, we have exclusive rates for business and first class travel that are not offered by the airlines directly to the consumers. At times, we also use consolidators who have specifically negotiated rates with airlines on certain routes, saving customers thousands of dollars.

Am I Able To Use My Miles/Award Points?

Yes, we can help you book any Amex points, airline miles, and hotel award points. This includes any upgrades you may have coming to you.


What payments do you accept?

For group events, we accept online payments. We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover. We do not accept checks personal checks, money orders and certified checks.

Am I able to make payments every month?

You should make every effort to make a payment every month. If you find yourself not being able to make a payment, please send us an email. If you fail to make a payment for 60 days without any communication to us, your reservations will automatically cancel.

Do you provide refunds?

No, we do not provide refunds nor do we transfer money. Each client is required to accept our Terms and Conditions before reservation is accepted. To protect your investment, each and every client is encouraged to purchase travel insurance.

What happens if I make my payments, but my roommate(s) fail to pay?

You will be responsible for finding a new roommate or you must pay the additional cost for the room occupancy change. We will make every effort to find you another roommate if your roommate cancels, but it is ultimately your responsibility.



What happens after I make a reservation?

Once you make your reservation, you will receive an account summary. Your account summary will list your monthly payment plan. This is set up by default to charge your credit card every month, or you can choose to turn off the automatic monthly billing option.

Do you provide roommate matching?

Yes, we can arrange for roommate matching on select travel packages. Each travel event will list if roommate matching is available.

When will I receive the itinerary for my trip?

Itineraries are sent to each client 30 days before the event via email.

After I make my first reservation, how do i make monthly payments?

You can make monthly payments several ways. Visit our website home page, www.berelaxeddestinations.com  and click the “Account Login” link in the top right corner.

What happens if my roommate drops out and cancels their reservation?

If your roommate cancels their reservations, your account will be adjusted to the package price according to the new occupancy in your room.
